OverStock.com- Check Box Gone, $4,000.00 CLI

Earlier this week Jcrew checkbox disappeared, now today O.com checkbox is gone. I havent hit the request button since August. 

Saw it was gone and was able to go from $6,200.00 to $10,200.00. A lil something to start this Friday morning lol.

I can't find an old screen shot I used to have, but right by the hit submit button, there was a box saying I authorize a credit check for this increase.

Please elborate. Where do I find this check box?

I have never seen a check box on any of my commenity accounts. I only see the Request Credit line Increase button.

The luv button disappears after used and I get the 7-10 day message.

If its not there, then you have nothing to worry about in regards to the checkbox. it would be right by the request CLI submit button if you see above.
