P3 had a Venture that we closed due to the annual fee. Cap1 would not let us product change it to Venture One. So we had to close it.
After that Cap1 has sent us quite a few mailer with various offering. I recall mainly the Quicksilver card. Also pre-approved for Savor and the same Venture card.
The main reason to open this Quicksilver card is to keep the online account alive since P3 does not have any other Cap1 card. We may apply for another Venture X card later on. But I do not want to carry so many Venture X cards and stacked with all the $300 travel credits.
Get $20,000 credit line. That is the highest CL of the card portfolio. That helps with the overall credit.
