Definitely a SP. Did a CLI request this past June and went from $7500 to $12K. I'm also a BBVA transplant. Only complaint is they won't do a product switch to a better card.

Don''t know about multiple CLIs across multlple cards but they will let you know the date when you are Next eligible to be considered for a CLI for a specific card.
