I had couple of Synchrony accounts over past several years the walmart mastercard which had cl of 19K before it went over to Capital one and JCP store card with a cl of 20K never requested increases on line it allways been on phone. The phone number is 877 379 8173 which is credit solutions. You can ask for credit increase by phone even if the apply buton does show up in your account, no foul no harm if you don't get increase it is always a soft pull. It is good idea to wate about 4 months to ask for increase, if you do it to soone you get letter saying your account does not apply with outr policy you have reach the max for this type account. Average maybe like 150 a month "maybe". I never carry a balance on any card.

I did put a largish purchase on it when I first got the card for 2k, that was 25% of the limit at the time. Since then I have largely paid for games on steam with it.
