So I went crazy and joined PSECU (Pennsylvania State Employee Credit Union),payed a membership fee of $10 since i don't qualfiy any other way......... then it happened.......

I went really crazy.............

I applied for their Visa Credit Card / Personal Service Loan Combination product. It is a Visa Credit Card and a Personal Line of Credit all in 1 account, the limit is shared between to do as i wish with............. and.............

APPROVED!!!! $8,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really crazy lately aren't I? ......... wait........... don't answer that............ LOL!
