I didn't realize this is how Paypal worked and found out to late. I was looking to make a list of cards to keep for future possibilities once my BK13 fell off in 7/2025. I thought Paypal was basic SP so I applied and received an instant approval of 11K. I wasn't looking for a card right now as I just received the Penfed card two weeks ago. I'm not complaining at all but I wouldn't have applied if I had known it would go from a SP to a HP automatically once approved. TU hard pull, TU score 706, SL 11K.
