After a ton of research I decided to app for the above card. Now, knowing how Synchrony operates I was deadly afraid of yet another one of their store cards vs Visa or MC. I was asked to call CS and provide some more info. After she sent the code to read her, BAM! Approved. Only $800, which I immediately asked for CLI. No go. But for now, in my rebuilding process, this works.
