Congrats! Seeing these threads about PenFed is making it difficult for me not to apply with them, but I'm waiting to bring my util down a bit before I apply.

I'm not sure what my EQ score was at the time either but CK has me at 680. I have no baddies, 4 1/2 years AAoA and 5 INQ's on my EQ. My ultimate goal would be to get the visa up to 16,500 and combine limits then do my transfer. Any suggestions or advise on how to recon would greatly be appreciated.
