Congratulations! I was just approved for that card the other day too after they pestered me by mail for months. 😆

After making my username and password, I transferred $5 to the savings account from my normal bank since I saw it was showing negative $5 in there.

This morning I went into my account and now it says my Visa application is "conditionally approved." Yesterday it said approved 

I do see where they deposited $5 in my savings account.

I would contact their member services to determine next steps on the funding of your membership savings account. I woudn't assume they'd fund it automatically, but they can probably fund it from your recently approved PF card. Definitely reach out to confirm.
