Hi, just wanted to mention that I was very pleasantly surprised to be approved for the PenFed Pathfinder VISA Signature card!
All in all a very easy and streamlined process -- PenFed was able to set up my PenFed Honors Advantage account with them (i.e., so I could have the $95 AF waived, and get the 4x travel points rewards increased from the default 3x travel rewards points without PenFed Honors Advantage status), and approve the credit card, all in only 2 days! I was approved with a SL of $12.5k which I was very happy to receive, also approved with a 17.99% V APR, which I was also grateful for as it appears to be the lowest go-to rate that they are presently offering.
What's interesting is that unlike almost all other CUs, PenFed does not appear to require POI, or at least they didn't ask me for it, ime. I answered my individual gross annual/monthly salary info honestly of course, but if I had known that no POI was required, I might have entered my gross annual household income instead of individual gross annual income!
(Most CUs, at least in my experiences so far with them and unlike banks, seem to only let you enter individual gross annual income rather than gross annual household income, for some reason and unless you are specifically filing a joint card app, etc.)
Former cards:DMB Titanium MC @ 90-day, 0% grace period | $4k BEFCU MC @ 5.49% F | $21.9k Citi DPR @ 5.99% F | Chase Platinum MC @ Prime+1.67% |

Congratulations on a very nice approval.

Congrats on your PenFed Pathfinder Rewards approval

Very nice SL, congratulations on your new Pathfinder!
congrats on the new card
Congrats on your approval. Penfed can and cannot ask for POI.. Never been asked for it on CC and have their max CC, but one of my car loans was kinda asked for it awhile ago, but since they are my current primary FI I said just look at my direct deposits and that suited their needs and apprvoed for said car loans years ago.
Congratulations!
Congratulations on your PenFed Pathfinder approval!
