Is this card restricted to geo location? I am based in Illinios and would really like to apply for this card. Can I be referred by an existing member to join PenFed?

Located in Chicago. Just wanted to be sure there were no restrictions based on location like with BBVA or BB&T.

There is no geo restrictions for PenFed.
