More than likely Equifax FICO9 ..

I have not seen them pull anything else. (well except for @AverageJoesCredit 's leg)

Very nice. I was approved for the card last month. Took about 2 weeks to get it in the mail but if you are doing a balance transfer of any kind they are crazy quick with the transaction. Took them only 3 days to do mine and they only pull Equifax FICO 9. Penfed doesn't pull or use any other scoring model.
