Re: Is Penfed putting the brakes on my cli

I posted yesterday that Penfed gave me a cli to $17,500 and sent me the congratulations email and said it should reflect the increase the next day. They also sent a risk based pricing notice and I did as they asked and got a green check mark and said everything was completed. As of today it's not showing the increase. Should I be worried, I figure I'll give it a couple days and maybe give them a call.

What thoughts do the My Ficos Gods have on this matter?

I was about to ask the same question. I did my cli on Friday and it still has not shown up either.

Re: Is Penfed putting the brakes on my cli

Just to give a update. My CLI did show up this morning. It took 4 days total total to show up. I did notice on the website is shows  Our system is undergoing some spring cleaning. We will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, April 9 from 11:59 p.m. ET to Sunday, April 10 10:00 a.m. ET. During this time, Online Banking and Mobile App will be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. So I think they are having issues.

Mine was reflected this morning also with the same maintenance message. I'm thinking of going for a cli on my Platinum Rewards which sits a $6500, it's said they use the same hard pull.

If you decide to go thru with it, I would call in on that one. I made the mistake once doing it online a few days apart and ended up with 2 hp
