Recently was approved for auto loan with Penfed. Decided to take advantage of the HP and go ahead and apply for a credit card. Was approved for starting limit of $12500 with 13.24% apr. Stats below:

Current utilization of all cards 5%
Highest credit limit of cards at time of application USAA Signature Visa $13k
No negatives or derogatories on credit reports
Credit report pulled (for auto loan and was used for this application as Penfed will do so for 90 days) Equifax
Credit score at time of approval Not totall sure as Penfed uses the Nextgen score, but my 08 Eq is right at 700. Edited to add that Penfed states my Nextgen EQ is 703 at time of approval.
