Penfed Power Cash Rewards Approval

Setup up the initial 5$ savings account then opened a checking account to fund it with 500$ to get free checking, improved card benefits, and have a rainy day fund all this evening. Applied for the Power Cash Rewards card immediately after and instantly approved for $5,000 with 17.99 apr! NFCU just granted me a 5.5k SL on my first card with them and I am beyond ready to watch these cards grow! Reading these forums for years and you guys are dead on about these two credit unions!

Anyone know if Penfed does the same 91/3 cli and 2nd card offer as NFCU? Do they use another system for clis and 2nd cards or is it best to wait 6 months to ask for both with them?
