I applied for this card a few months ago and was denied. I was looking for a card to replace my citi custom cash for gas purchases and use the citi card for another category. Applied today and was "under review" 25 minutes later was approved $3500 Limit 17.99 apr.

745 tu 750 eq at time of application.

( Started as cap one platinum $500 limit auto upgraded)
