Received Congratulations email today at 2:55 AM. Discover $200 secured card graduated to a $1500 CL. 

Interesting points:  Wallet Hub notified me of the increase before Discover.  I have had the card since October of 2018 and had it frozen. When I unfroze the account the card graduated. It was approximately 14 days since my last statement. I immediately tried for a CLI but it didn't happen.

Current FICO scores are:  TU 741; EX 721 and EQ 716 (No baddies - 10 month history)
