They seemed to change the way the online buttons work a couple months ago and now the automated phone system is working away!!

Old thread but wanted to say apparently the cap is 15k. They finally decided to cld me because of "computer error" id have to fax in more documents apparently for more than that. They've never decreased me before

I did it to myself requesting every month. Hope they give my Jcrew some love soon.
