I have been reading about this local credit union RBFCU(Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union) TX only and they use Experian Vantage 4, I went to nearest branch and applied for membership through American Consumer Council(ACC), it was instant membership as long as your Checksystem is good.
Immediatly applied for CC premier card, within 1hr got Approval for $10,000(9.2% APR), very fast decisions but every application go to UW review, next day applied for Cashback card which is 2% on all purchases( I asked rep whether I can apply for 2nd card as cashback is tempting and they said it would be another HP, I said YES locking my EX LOL and It worked, they did use whatever was pulled a day before), within 2hr got approval for 2nd card for $10,000(15.2% APR ).
Both cards have 0% APR on Bal Trsf for 12M and with no BT fee, thats just awesome, you can take CashAdvance as well with 2% trax fee upto 100% of credit line.

overall customer reps are super helpful and exceptional, I am so glad I got my Auto refiance with Cashout in few hours and acc is funded with cash out amout of $10000 with in hours.
Overall it's great Credit Union and got $30,000 with just 1 HP ( 20K 2 CCs, 10K Auto cashout)!!
