Received welcome mail 5 days after app

Card arrived 6 days after app.

waiting on lounge pass now

Got home and opened the box...

Cards were pre-activated.  Metal AU card was in the welcome box behind the primary card with protectant between the two. 

At 7PM I ordered Plastic cards for AU and myself to use at gas pump, beach, boats, etc. (we are on the beach and dock a lot). CSR noted to order replacements before 4pm for next day delivery. No signature required. Plastics are on the way at no charge. All 4 cards will be active.

Very nice U.S. CSR.

Sorry for the updates, just trying to make a timeline for people wanting the card in the future. (wish I had one when I app'd. I would have waited a day and booked a room on this card vs Marriott.)

Plastic cards arrived yesterday (3 business days after ordered) via UPS. They came stacked in the same Black welcome package with the same paperwork as original metal cards.

Black plastic with chrome logos and chrome embossed numbers on the front. These cards are very nice looking. They are a bit cluttered with the name, number, and Marriott number all on the front (including Visa Sig logo). but, very sexy card. AU looks the same. I removed my card from the package and reinstalled the ribbon on the box and left it on her pillow. nice

Still no AF or Lounge passes.

   My annual fee  hit my account seven days after approval so look for it pretty soon and as far as the lounge room access card goes I think mine showed  up 4 to 6 weeks  later in the mail.

Lounge Club pass and listing came today for primary cardholder. 14 days after app.

I wondered if AU would get a lounge pass?  She does on occasion fly solo.

 just found this on TPG...  "The Ritz Carlton visa allows free authorized users and each person gets their own Lounge Club membership. In addition, you (or your authorized user) can bring in an unlimited number of guests. The big negative of course is that Lounge Club is not as omnipresent as Priority Pass."

Do these renew every year as long as you have the RC in good standing?

Day 18

Received another set of metal cards?

Maybe when I ordered the plastic cards they did a replacement card order.  uhhhhg. Oh well, My Metal card has issues on some chip readers and my AU has never missed a lick.  I'll swap it out.

To date a have received 3 of those nice black boxes.  Only wanted one,  feel kind of guilty.
