Congrats.. Is this your 4th or 5th chase card?
4th chase card. It would have been 5, but I closed the slate a week after I got it( 1/14). Then transfer the CL to freedom. 3 months later I applied for the Marriott card an 31 days to the date, was approved for the Ritz.
Freedom open 1/14
Slate opened am then closed 1/14
Amazon opened 1/14
Marriott opened 3/15
Ritz opened 4/15
In the garden I go. I don't need anymore cards. Don't want to spook chase, if I hadn't already. I do push my cards to the limits an constantly PIF. Plus i established banking relationship with them.

Be careful... I thought it was your 5th to, which technically it is.. Grats on the approval though.. I personally wouldn't be applying for any more Chase cards this year.. Just food for thought. Pretty agressive credit seeking especially with one creditor. Not meaning to lecture you, just seen as you have to many of these stories.

I couldn't resist the app. Although I never stayed at the Ritz Carlton it was a must have type of card in my wallet. I know this card comes with a hefty $395 annual fee, but I'm hoping to earn rewards in other ways to offset it. I was approved for the minimum limit I guess, 5k. It wasn't a instant approval either. I had to call in an verify some information. I would like to thank everyone here for the support I have received.

Mark.
HOORAY, Rookie2008!
