SDFCU APPROVAL

I left the garden for one last app on 04/26. I got the State Dept emv visa plat 6.99 int rate and only asked for $5000.00. I signed the edocs this morning. I needed a real chip and pin card for my travels to Canada. I hate using the chip and sig, it confuses the small biz owners. For anyone that has this card how do you like it? Back to the garden I go.

Re: SDFCU APPROVAL

Congrats! What was your fico? Are they conservative? That is one of the cards I'm looking to get in the future. My scores are in the high 600 but BK  discharged 12 months ago.

Score was 772 they pulled exp. They sent me the score in the edocs I signed. I don't know if, Sdfcu is conservative.

It defaults to chip + sig if the terminal supports it, so I don't think it will work the way you intend for your purpose.  I have already discussed this issue with card services and they decided not to change the CVM order.  Oh well.  At least its a super low APR card and supports chip + PIN in the rare instance you come accross a terminal that will not accept signature transactions.  It has kind of turned into my in-case-of-emergency card.

Did you get a pin number with the card? I guess it can be my emergency card the rate is good.
