Back in March I went into sams and applied for a mastercard, for some reason this raised a fraud alert on my sams card and they issued a new sams card that day. They told me that I could apply for the mastercard again in 30 days. Well everytime I have applied since then I get a letter that it is too soon to apply??? They haven't pulled a report! So today I called credit solutions and asked how much longer it would be before I could apply and they would pull a report so I could possibly be approved, the agent put me on hold a couple of times came back and said " your approved for a sams club mastercard" !!!!! My limit is 2500 which I hope will grow. But I am happy!!!

Yes you can have both cards, I also have the store card with limit of 8000. I don't know what happens if you already have the store card and apply for the MC but not approved. Don't know if they issue second store card or if it is a decline, maybe someone else who knows can come forward.
