My sub was $150 for $500 spend within the first 3 months. The funds were deposited into my rewards bucket the day after I met the required spend. You may want to call them. I remember reading a few months back some applications did not include the sub. Depending upon the applicants profile, somewhere between the prequal/application/approval process, terms & conditions were changed. Wondering if that may be the case here, or if it's just a system error? GL getting it sorted out !
