I applied in June 2012 for the secured and got the $49 for $200 credit steps. Applied again in July 2012 and paid the full $200 for the second card. I don't believe there is any amount of time you need to wait inbetween applications for their cards. Depending on what your scores are, I would apply for an unsecured Cap1 product next if you are in that kinda place instead of getting another Cap1 secured card. If secured is the only route you have and are wanting another one, I would go for BofA since it will graduate to unsecure eventually with good payment history (wish I new that back in 2012).

What steps did you take to get 2 secured card with them? I just got my secured card in March started out with $300. I have increased my CL to $1300. I plan to increase it to the max amount they will allow.
Do you know how long I have to have my first Capital One secured card before I can apply for they other cards or another secured card?
You can usually apply after the first 6 months
