Service CU

I have been a member for about 4 months. Upon opening a savings account I applied for credit card and was denied. They sent an email with a strange score in the mid 600s🙄 My FICO and "other" scores are all in the mid to upper 700s so not sure what the scores was ?

Anyway decided to try again, not instantly approved but got the email approval in less than 24 hours .
