Capital One is a tough nut for me to crack. I was given a Quicksilver with a $300 SL and 2 $500 cli's and been declined by the EO twice for a larger limit.
This bank is not the golden egg for everyone. I think being an au on $19,000 of my elderly moms Capital One cards has made them shy away from giving me decent increases and completely declining my DW for cards twice.
The are definitely looking for rebuilders who will use their cards more than other banks or who don't have a lot of cards with other banks.
