Well,
I figured it has been a year since I opened all the cards listed in my signature and I have since paid my tax lien, so I figured I would try yesterday. I am def surprised by some of the approvals!
Citi Aadvantage $4k - Pending last night, approved this morning via online status
Chase Disney $4.5k - Pending yesterday afternoon, approved in one hour
Chase Hyatt $9k - Pending yesterday afternoon, approved this morning!
Nordstrom - Stupid me, I should have went in person, I have to mail verification info
Discover IT - NO, due to my tax lien, even though it is released ![]()
Barclaycard Rewards $2k - Automatic approval
*** Barclaycard Apple Rewards $2k - Pending this morning, approved this afternoon when I checked the status online... forgot I app'd. ***Added***
Capital One Venture - NO WAY, JOSE. ![]()
With my # of inquiries and profile, was suprised to be approved by Citi.... Amex will not raise my CLI at all on my exisiting card. Sigh. A lot of those inquiries were from shopping for an auto loan on May 2015 (last month)... I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited, was approved for $45k, no income verification, etc. WFDS @ 5.75%. I was upside down on my other car a little, so that was rolled in. Waiting to refinance with NFCU in 6 months.... I just paid a car loan off from trading in, they wouldn't approve the new auto purchase, but my lien was still active.
Just wanted to share, maybe someone with similar credit to mine will find this useful!
Man... they were not that great, so I was suprised. My scores are what are in my signature as of current, with lots of inquries. ![]()
BTW - My income is $150k - maybe that helped?
CreditQueen - Can you see this?

I can!!! Thank you!!! You go!!! They are some great cards with amazing limits! Thank you! I'm also in the mid 600s (650-680) and was interested in some of those cards so u give me lots of hope! I just started rebuilding about a year ago though which makes it hard for me. Thank you so much again and congrats!
Way to go, nice approvals!!!
nice!
