If not, maybe you can start one!

All I have for this forum is bubblegum and anecdotal evidence, and I'm all out of bubblegum.

Re: Success Using Discover Website for CLI

If i recall, it stated that it will not affect your score by requesting a CLI unless it says that a report needs to be pulled, therefore if you are approved it is a immediate SP Regarding the HARD for anything over 20K, I actually spoke to one of the credit analyst who told me that it is now their policy that if anyone wants a increase above 20K that they have to pull a report. As mentioned in my previous post, when I entered 20K it came back saying a report needed to be pulled so I just gambled and lowered the number I wasn't expecting a approval

Re: Success Using Discover Website for CLI

So I filled in the online CLI form asking for an increase from 12 to 19k, and got this 7-10 day manual review message. Fearing it could be a HP, I immediately called them and explained to CSR that I only want this CLI if it's SP. I was transferred to a credit analyst, she asked some questions about my employment etc and said they can only do 16k without a HP. OK, it's still great, considering my previous CLI was in November.

AMEX BCP 25k | Discover It 17.6k | NIHFCU/Elan Bonus Rewards 9.8k | Citi ThankYou Preferred 9.4k (AU) | Barclaycard Arrival+ 8.5k | Citi Simplicity 8.5k | Andrews FCU GlobeTrek 7.5k | Sears MC 6.5k | Old Navy Visa 6k | Target 2.4k | Macy's 1.8k

Congrats on the SP CLI.  Mine was an auto-CLI a few months back to $19.5K.  Nicely done indeed!
