Suntrust Prime Rewards Approval

My Grandfather was upset due to Bank Of America not lowering the interest on his card. So he said he wanted to transfer the balance and close bank of america card. Suntrust seemed to have the best deal with prime for 3 years and no BT Fee and they are local he likes to go inside a branch and pay. Instant approval for 9K. EQ Score is 783. 0 inqs  22% UTL

What apr did your grandpa have on his Boa card?  What apr did he get on this one? Does he always pay in full? How long did he have his Boa card? Thanks

19% and its 3.25% for first 3 years and sometimes and since 2012
