I've had my Walmart and Amazon cards for a little over 2 years now, and an HHGregg card for a few months. I've had little luck with the chat or Luv button on the first two (and HHGregg doesn't have a button). On some of the advice from the forum here, I called 866-519-6441 to see about CLI's on them, instead of using the other methods.
Amazon $1200 > $3500!
Walmart $700 > $3500!
The same number (866-519-6441) doesn't handle the HHGregg card through Sync, so I called the nubmer on the back of the card. Automated system increased $1200 > $1500. Made my way to a CS rep who transferred me to the department that deals with CLI's, though they weren't able to increase it any further. It's fairly new, so I'll try that one again in a few months.
