For me, I maxed it once to $200, then charged under $10 in one statement, then didn't use it. Had mine since Nov 2012. But they probably auto-increased because they felt sorry for me and my toy limit. Smiley Wink

I applied and got a Target card last year with a cl of 400. Used it for about 3 months while carrying a small balance and was acli to $2000. Been there ever since.

Maybe Target isn't conservative at all lol... Maybe they like high util and balance carrying lol..
I mean, I'd prob like that too if I were getting a monthly yield of 2% + lol!

I've never carried a balance. It's paid in full every month before the statement cuts.

Wify card always carried a balance, she PIF and got CLI from 200 to 400

 

I paid mine down to 87/200 and got nothing.

 

she has it since october last year, i have it since F** 2009... maybe if I PIF this month ill get a CLI

Consider yourself lucky.  I've had my Target card since 2001 and has NEVER had an increase!  I'm still at my puny $200 limit!  My credit score's approx 730--why can't I get a stinking increase?!
