I have been gardening for almost 2yrs now and decided it was time to step out and play again. The stock market has been red lately and I needed some cheering up. After reading that Devil guy's post about getting approved for NFCU Cash Rewards, I had an epiphany... that card is green and I need some green to counter the stock market red! (cue aha-moment music). And if I get denied I could just blame the devil! Brilliant!
Not only did I get approved, Navy started me up with 25k on my first card with them. Now that's how you welcome someone to your bank!

I joined Navy this year. I did make them my primary bank with my paycheck directly being deposited there. I have also run some decent amount of money through there. I really wish they had a brokerage account. I would park some funds there. I am very very impressed by my overall banking experience with them. Nice to see a bank that is not just about bleeding you dry, any chance they get... BOA, I'm looking at you.
Next stop.... Chase! Kidding. I am not doing that "watching over my shoulder crap again". Next stop BBVA?

Congratulations on your approval! ...

Yeah, I was getting ready to blame you for any denial. So, glad I did not have too.
And yes, I am waiting for August to play Britney Spears, "hit me baby one more time!"

Congratulations on your approval and fantastic starting limit!
