The request amount exceeds the limits set by our credit policy

What does this even mean? It's in regards to my PPMC. I requested $12k on the phone and they gave me $10k. A $3k increase from $7k.

The limit you're asking for is higher than their cap ($10k). Some people have had success calling credit solutions and providing POI to get past that limit.

apparently what they are comfortable giving you as max. I know some people have achieved $25k or less but its hard to break $10k, especially online.

As others have stated you might get more calling Credit Solutions or it is the max they are comfortable with at this point in time.

Congrats on your CLI, It means if you go past $10K, you do not pass go and do not collect $200.

when I requested 12k they only gave 10k, but about a 3 months later they added 2k without asking again, don't know how typical this is
