Total Rewards Cli 4months

Hello all. My Roll continues. This makes 6 cli's this week. Which will be my final.Im actually 5 for 6. Got denied my Barclays Cli. Don't know why. was even willing to take Hp. Anyway. I got this total rewards card 4 months ago today. My report still had a baddie on it at the time so i was kinda in shock at my starting limit which was only 1k. especially when everyone else was getting 7-10k limits. i waited long to get the card. at least get the pop up. I thought it was sp but it was not. it was hp. after getting card, I asked for increase and they threw me a bone and gave me another $250 taking my limit to $1250.

I was hoping to get at least double my current today but i guess they don't roll like that. Got another $500. i guess it is better than nothing. From now on, I will put a bone on it. 10 dollars a month i guess and see how it grows. any one knows when it will turn to emv? This is my only non emv card. i guess no using it out of the country. argggSmiley Frustrated

Thanks but knowing how comenity rolls. it means I will get $500 every 4 months. it will take me a year to get a $1500 increase. and 2 years to be at 3k with this pace. argggSmiley Frustrated

Re: Total Rewards Cli 4months

Congrats on your CLI, even though It wasn't exactly what you wanted.  Maybe in time they will loosen their purse strings.  I've had my TR card for a couple of months and it's nice to know that they do increase limits after 4 months.   Thanks, and again, Congrats!

Is this a card you spend on frequently?

Re: Total Rewards Cli 4months

I did spend on it. Just paid in full 2 weeks ago. With 1250 limit. Only can do so much without maxing it out. I will put my Netflix on it.

Re: Total Rewards Cli 4months

Congrats.  The credit limit will get there.  Mine started at 10k and now its at 30k.  All within the last 18 months.  The cli started low and then got bigger as the account started aging.
