Congrats.  This is a card that I would leave the garden for if I got a pre-approval.  I want this thing simply because the girlfriend is from Jersey and we go to Atlantic City often along with really liking Vegas.  They denied me in like March before I discovered this forum and started following advice so hopefully if I do not get a pre-approval they will approve me on a cold app when I leave the garden most likley at the end of the year.

Thank you wesleym.

They pulled EQ for me last year. They sent me the pre-approval letter ( before the pre approval arrived, I registered online to become a member) I was instant approved.

LOL, thats a good one FinStar Smiley Wink... I do not use this card often. I just have a little balance on the account ( 1500). I guess the like to see balance to give CLIs and if this the case, October is few steps closer Smiley Very Happy

Don't worry, we'll put some use on it.  I think Vegas sounds like a great place to start?  Smiley Very Happy  And, by October, it will be all ready for another CLI!  Smiley Wink

Re: Total Rewards VS CLI

I am registered with them and log into my account once every few weeks to see if I get the pre-approval pop up but nothing thus far.  I wonder how often they SP members to see if they are pre-approved because as you can see from my sig I have made a decent amount of progress in a short time on my scores.

A couple factors that seem to be somewhat common for most of Comenity co-branded cards, is having a relatively clean profile and scores hovering above the 700 FICO range.  Of course, these are only a couple of the many variables that are considered.  The stronger the profile, the better the chance for approvals on their co-branded cards.

Re: Total Rewards VS CLI

Very nice!!!! My 4th statement will cut in a couple weeks.  I am hoping for a nice increase. I haven't used it until a few weeks ago.  I am running a lot through it and pifing weekly.

Wesley - I started with the overstock pop up in December, accepted it and have used it once..  Three months later, I got the total rewards and sportsman guide visa pop ups (among several others). I only accepted the TR. My scores were around 655-660. I haven't used credit in years. I just started building credit in November to get my scores up so we could by a house. Then I found this forum..... Lol
