@Got it Dec 2013 started out @ 2K.........all increases have been thru the luv button, however the last couple gave me the 7-10 day msg. When I got the ltrs it said they could not access my credit report......no freezes or fraud alerts.....talked with CSR today and she asked me how much I wanted and I just told her I wanted it to increase to 11.5K and BAM got it. Should have asked for more.
