I opened a Truist Enjoy Cash secured visa with Truist over a year ago and discovered that they don't automatically upgrade or graduate secured cards. As a result, I've been consistently checking the Truist site for credit card pre-approval offers, but I have yet to have any luck. I received a pre-approval two months ago but decided not to apply; I figured I would get another chance. But, my streak of no pre-approvals persisted after that. However, three days ago, I got tired and applied without pre-approval for the Truist Enjoy Cash 3/2/1% Option.
Today, I received an email confirming my approval for a $5,000 limit. I plan to wait a few weeks before closing my secured Truist Enjoy Cash Visa, which currently has a $500 limit. I'm just happy to close a card with such a small limit and have this new one to replace it. Now, I wonder if it's going to be a Visa Signature.

Very nice, enjoy the new card!
Congrats on your approval
@Waldemar wow this looks like a great card.. was wondering what your score is like? I might wanna get this card!
Do they require that you have a banking relationship? even their secured card looks decent!
@youngandcreditwrthyCurrently, my FICO scores hover in the low 700s. While I maintain both a checking and savings account, it's not a requirement for obtaining a credit card. But yes, their secured card is a strong option even with its $19.00 annual fee.
Congratulations on your Truist approval!
