Two Sync small CLIs

Since my (TU) scores are up a bit this month, I smashed my Sync cards CLI buttons.

Meager success:

Amazon was up a few hundred to 1500. I tried to push it to 2,000 but no dice....

Care Credit is also up about 1,000 to 12,000.

The rest were denials. (Marvel, paypal, ebay etc)

I'll take the two increases.
