I have two of the cash+ cards as well, thanks to information from this wonderful forum, and find them quite useful for the 5% categories. I started out with a US bank secured card as my first card well over a decade ago and it graduated to a real credit card after a few years. Eventually they changed it to the cash+. My second oldest card was the USbank platinum and it has been long sock drawered. But a few months back I started reading this site and bada bing badaboom I learned about product changes and now I have two useful old cards.

I am happy to give US bank some more action and swipes these days because they really put up with some crap from me over the years. Back in the day I did not know it was bad to have maxed cards so I kept them both maxed and US Bank just kept raising my limits and I kept paying them on time. Now I am aware that some banks will close out your cards and lower limts when you stay maxed out so I feel lucky to have survived with all my ignorance and foolishness in my youth.
