I checked my US Bank portal this morning and noticed the card was added to my dash board. I have read in other posts that this card has a limit but  the card issuer may allow to go over the limit but any amounts over the limit will meed to be paid each month. Anyone have experience with charing above the limit?

I was issued the C+ about 2 years ago, with an 8.5K limit.  A month or so ago, I received a CLI, unrequested, of 5K.

Card usage has been limited and sporadic -- utility bills (for the 5%), and the occasional big-ticket bill ($500-$1K) just to mess with USB's analytics algorithms.

Never charged above the limit.  Wouldn't do so knowingly, or even consider it.
