I attempted this card on 10/24/20 with my TU unfrozen and EX, EQ frozen. USB pulled EX to my surprise and put me back in the garden temporarily. This card was the last card on my credit card wishlist to complete my AMEX lineup as my VISA no-FTF 4% cashback restaurant backup CC.
My Information:

- Credit Report Pulled: EX both times on 10/24 (blocked due to freeze) and today 11/13
- HP on EX FICO 8

- 4 INQ (5 after this app)
USB Relationship:
- Opened a USB checking account with $300 SUB on 10/19/20 with a deposit of ~2.2k
- USB checking account average daily balance from 10/19/20 to 11/13/20 is ~2.5k
USB Altitude GO Card:
- 7-10/day Manual Review
- Called UW (duplicate application seeing I didn't wait 30/days from the first application. UW canceled today's application and pushed through the 10/24 application pulling my EX FICO 8 report today)
- UW stated 24-48/hrs for a decision as it was "processing."
- Called UW ~5/hrs later to APPROVED 6.5k Credit Limit (card will be mailed in 10/business days)
After seeing some posts here and Reddit regarding this card's approvals, I took the shot, and it landed! Obviously, it's unconfirmed, but I think US Bank (USB) is loosening the purse strings for this card due to the upcoming holidays.
