There have been a few threads where folks were asking about USAA giving auto-CLIs, and I'm not sure where they are (sorry) so I'm starting my own thead here.
I opened my USAA Visa account October 2014 with a credit line of $7k, and used it as my daily card for a few months until using an access check in March for $3000. I have a promo on my account where all purchases and access checks have 0% APR through 12/31/15, so it was like getting a $3k loan for $90 (3% fee). Since March I moved my daily spending to other cards to concentrate on paying down the balance before the promo ends, using the card very seldom... only once every few months. I've got the balance down to approx. $500, which will be PIF in a couple of weeks.
I just checked, and USAA has raised my credit line from $7000 to $8400. I was not expecting a CLI with the low usage on the card, but my payments have been high the last few months so possibly that helped.
I know this isn't an 'Earth shattering' CLI, but I know some of you were asking if USAA gives auto-CLIs, and I wanted to let you know that yep, they do.
