does US Bank always give such low limits? This was a card I was looking at, but probably still going with PPMC for 3% back at PayPal (who I've also heard gives low limits )

I think it varies based on the velocity and credit profile.

I was approved for the Cash+ with 4 new accounts in the previous 12 months. I'm seen people being approved for higher limits with fewer new accounts.
