Congrats on your CLI. You likely won't see a HP on the declined CLI card. I too attempted to increase a 2nd card after successfully increasing the 1st. It was a SP. The decline reason was simply that I needed use the card. I put a little spin on it and attempted a few weeks later. Successfully got a SP CLI on the 2nd Cash+. Did you get a reason for the decline yet?"

Thanks very much for the well wishes and the hope for a non-hard pull! I did not get a reason as of yet. I think the verbage said they would send a letter. I could get the same denial reason that you got. I went ahead and put some charges on it today.
