Not a instant approval, played a lot of phone tag, once talked to processor then both went to manual underwriting. Called us back within hour of talking to processor. Both approved, had to deposit 500 into checking to open account and said we can withdraw after card processed if we wanted to however we will just let that sit there. Sent us the esign docs by email.
We applied on the 26th so it does take some time.
Note: My wife is not as patient as i am, and when the processor told her she had to many credit cards, she said ya, i like to build my score up then he said you have to open a bank account and she said no thanks i have enough and hung up. but then i talked to her and told her this is how things work , and she called the loan officer from the number in email.LOL
