So some of may remember the BS that Logix put my brother through, from approving him to making him send in a ridiculous amount of info to then denying. Well...two days ago he received a card in the mail from them. Apparently they approved him for 15k, he cancelled it right away and shredded the card! Said he wanted NOTHING to do with them! He also called them and had them remove the inquiry off his credit, said if he didn't he would sue for what they put him through...they complied and removed it.
So he went on an app spree, the results
Sallie Mae: 6k reconned to 10k
BCP: 7k
Wells Fargo: 8k (He also banks with them) (asked for POI)
Lowes: 4k - reconned to 9.5k
Citi Thank you Preferred: 6.5k (asked for POI)
BBVA Compass - 15k (he banks with them as well - has savings account with 35k in it)
He said he is done at this point for atleast two years, I advised him that was best and to let what he has grow. He was VERY happy with the results and the limits. I can honestly say I haven't seen him smile that big in a long time hahaha!
