UPDATE: I just got another email still no SL but it said my APR is only 16.99 % the lowest I have on another card is 24.74%, I’m very excited by that hopefully such a low APR is a good omen for a pretty nice SL I guess we will see! Lol
Well I pulled the trigger on the BBVA mail offer, got a we are in the process of reviewing your app... so I thought it was a denial, then 12 hours later at 1 am in the morning I got an approval email.. but nothing in it states SL or APR lmao... I guess I have to wait to find out! When I find out I'll be sure to post it here!

Hi there I can’t access account until the card arrives, but I just got a second congratulations email.. there’s still no SL but got a big surprise when they said my APR is gonna 16.99% my lowest before that is 24.75%
On the letter it ranges from 13.99-31.99% so I’m super stoked about the 16.99 % hopefully that’s a good omen for a nice SL as well

Don't be surprised if you get a good SL. I certainly was when I applied with around a 665 score and they gave me a $16K SL on the ClearPoints card.
