Was issued the VZW CC w/ a 10k CL and because I know they do a soft pull (all of my CR's are locked), I decided to click on the "Request Increased Limit" and put in 20k...and was instantly approved.

So not sure how they do a soft pull w/ all 3 reports locked, but I'll take it!

Since your an account holder with them they have access to your file 24/7 for SP's. They can/will give CLI's with frozen files. Congrats!!!!!!!

As your creditor, they have access to your reports whether they're frozen or not.
