How did you make the request? I was going to do so for my girlfriends acct, but can't find the option in the app.
Is her account less than 4-6 months old? If that's the case, you won't see the option yet. If the account is past that age, you can find the credit line increase link on the app at the bottom, directly under "Your Info" tab where it says, "Call customer support to edit info." This would be the same page that has the card's limit, APR, personal information and due date details.
